I asked for a proposal and Andy visited the property within 48 hours. He was very knowledgeable about roofing and was able to answer all my questions, from the gauge of the metal to the size of the nail. He made me feel very comfortable, as he explained every step of the process. The process was super simple. He pulled the permit, submitted the notice of commencement, passed every inspection, and completed the job ahead of schedule, avoiding hurricane season. He did both of my roofs and I will continue to recommend his services to anyone. I'm board treasurer of Villa Bari Condo Assoc. in Artesia, Sunrise. We are a complex 66 unit 4-story condo building surrounding 3 courtyards with tile ramparts. We had our bituminous roof replaced with a TPO membrane and new tiles.It was a complex job but Sealed Tight did a great job, just completed another condo building here and are on their 3rd of 6 in Artesia.
